| Bemerkungen | This morning at approximately 5:10 am while outside I observed a glowing red light just above the western horizon. I first thought it was a commercial airliner going into Valdosta, GA. I see them most every morning around this time. However, this one was moving too fast for the normal aircraft and had a glowing red smoke trail. As it moved from west to east the object got brighter and was clearly not an airplane. It took a little more than a minute for the object to go from the western horizon until it disappeared on the southeastern horizon. It was a clear night with no clouds. |
