Bemerkungen | I would say the object was faster than a satellite yet slower than most small meteors (shooting stars). My wife was first to see the object and saw it for several seconds longer than I. I doubt it was widely seen in western Washington because of sky conditions but I sure would like to know if anyone else reported it. Can you let me know??? Neat reporting tool you have here!... Thanks! |

Bemerkungen | I saw the object for approximately 2 seconds before it went behind some trees. My wife saw it longer. it had a tail and was bright enough to see clearly through the thin, high overcast we had this morning (we could see the moon but no stars) It emerged from behind the trees lower to the horizon, flared brightly, then was gone. |
