BemerkungenI was in Temecula looking toward Fallbrook/ just north of Fallbrook. West of Fallbrook is Camp Pendleton, which covers everything up to San Clemente. They have been doing a lot of training so we were worried it may have been an aircraft, especially since the trail looked like it could have been fuel burning but I am probably, and hopefully, incorrect. It didn’t look like any weapons they typically use in training. It looked close to us, enough that we could see great detail. Any other reports on this sighting?

BemerkungenWe saw both a glowing train and smoke that kind of covered it then went away before the glow went away. We were worried the trail might have been left by jet fuel. We are near Camp Pendleton and they have been training a lot lately. Hopefully it was a meteor.

Teilung
BeobachtungJa
BemerkungenNo giant flash, it was one large mass that broke up into four smaller pieces, with dozens of very tiny pieces behind them. They all seemed to disintegrate at the same time except for the one largest piece at the front which disintegrated a second later.
